We have been delivering hardware to the electronics industry from the same location for the last 30 years.           NASO’s objective is to provide the customer with zero defect hardware. We strive to reach that goal by continually monitoring and improving our processes.           The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The latest in automation for assembly of circuit boards (SMT & mixed technology) plus, the fabrication of plastic and metal parts with 3 & 4 axis CNC machines in our machine shop. We offer quick response with our high speed "pick & place” machines, vision enhanced screen printers, and X-ray inspection of BGA solder joints.

NASO also provides engineering services. Applied “imagineering” to solve tough problems; creativity coupled with sound engineering. Elegant industrial design and solid mechanical engineering to meet your most stringent requirements. Complete thermal and dynamic analysis to simulate circuit board and system level environments for maximum reliability. Plus, full CAD and documentation services.

          NASO provides an integrated CAD-CAM environment using one data base for engineering, fabrication and assembly. We have established “virtual integration” with some customers using a common data base. We can accept your system specifications, solid models, 2D & 3D files via the Internet. All technical data, financial data, purchasing, quotations, etc are stored on two file servers in a WindowsNT environment. The data is accessible via networked terminals throughout the plant. All customer files are under data control and change control.
