Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly is the process of transforming a bare circuit board into a fully functional electronic device. Using advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly, NASO places and solders components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits onto SMT pads with extreme accuracy. Our high-speed SMT production lines, automated optical inspection (AOI), and temperature-controlled reflow soldering ensure every PCB meets stringent IPC Class 2 and IPC Class 3 standards.
