Our comprehensive anodizing solutions range from decorative color finishes to high-performance hard coat treatments for demanding applications.

Machining & Finishing

Type II Sulfuric: 0.4-0.7 mil thickness for decorative finishes. Type III Hard Coat: 1-4 mil thickness with 50-70 HRC hardness. Material compatibility: 6061, 7075, 2024, 5052 aluminum alloys. Max part size: 24\" x 18\" x 12\". Temperature range: -65°F to 400°F service. Salt spray resistance: 1000+ hours ASTM B117. AS9100D certified, ITAR registered. Testing standards: ASTM B244, MIL-A-8625, AMS-2470 compliance.
